Overview

The IBM 4400 Thermal Printers are cost-effective, rugged, compact printers that are ideal for printing bar codes, labels, and tags in industrial applications.

New features being announced today include:

• Telnet 3270e and Telnet 5250e to allow present coax/twinax users to migrate to a network without changing the application

• A Wireless Ethernet option offering wireless connectivity, as well as normal connection, to an Ethernet LAN.

• Legacy Migration Utility-2 providing emulation of TEC programming on 4400 Thermal Printers.
